My practice operates by appointment only. My fee for a 45-minute session is $85.00. Fees and insurance are discussed individually when you call for your appointment. All co-payments are due and payable at the time of your appointments. Please contact your insurance company in order to have proper expectations for reimbursement. I accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Once an appointment is scheduled, there will be a $35.00 charge for any cancellations, unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions. Likewise, if I am unable to keep an appointment, you will not be charged for that session. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please leave a message on my voicemail (207) 245-5087.
I now accept a number of insurance panels (see list below), and can also always find ways to work with you should your insurance carrier not yet be on this list. I accept cash check or credit cards. You can ask your insurance provider to validate that they cover out-of-network reimbursements which may allow you to pay for services and then submit your receipt for reimbursement, if I am not yet in their network. You may also request that your insurance provider adds me to their network. Please contact me to discuss these options and I can update you on my status with your particular insurance provider. I do provide a sliding scale. Please note that clients with deductibles are responsible for payment until deductible is met.
